International Night

Glenn Hills High School will hold its first International Night from 6 to 8 p.m. today in the cafeteria, 2840 Glenn Hills Drive.

More than 300 parents are expected to participate, along with students from Glenn Hills Elementary, Morgan Road Middle and Glenn Hills High schools. Churches, restaurants, cultural centers and other organizations also have been invited to participate and showcase different cultures. Cuisines from around the world will be served. Adults get prom

The Salvation Army of Augusta Kroc Center, 1833 Broad St., will host “Holy Hollywood,” a prom for adults ages 21 and older, from 7 to 11 p.m. Saturday. The cost is $3 for individuals and $5 for couples.

Asthma screenings

Kohl’s and Medical College of Georgia’s Children’s Medical Center are teaming up to provide asthma screening and education from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Kroc Center, 1833 Broad St. This free event is funded by the Kohl’s Cares program. Nurse scholarship

A fashion show and salad festival will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Henry Brigham Community Center, 2463 Golden Camp Road. Cost is $20. The event is a fundraiser for a scholarship for a current or prospective nursing student, provided by Concerned National Black Nurses of CSRA. For more information, call (706) 210-8839.

Tuesday’s Music

Tuesday’s Music Live Inc. presents cellist Wendy Warner and pianist Irina Nuzova for the free concert at noon Tuesday at St. Paul’s Church, Sixth and Reynolds streets. Lunch after the concert is $10 per person, and lunch reservations can be made at TuesdaysMusicLive.com or (706) 722-3463.

Hall of Fame

The Academy of Richmond County is seeking nominations for its newly formed Hall of Fame.

Principal Tim Spivey said he hopes to induct 10 to 12 people this year. A reception for the inductees will be held before the first home football game, and they will be recognized during halftime. Nominees must have graduated, taught or coached at Richmond Academy at least 25 years ago and have made an impact during their time at the school and within the community.

Talent auditions

Adults and children interested in film, theater or TV acting can audition for the next class at Blue Bistro Theater Performing Arts Academy. The audition will be 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Feb. 25.
