What's going on at the phone

What's going on at the phone factory? This is their second "Pardon" entry. First was the sidewalk at 10th and Broad. A lid covering underground wiring broken, leaving a hole about one foot deep.

Saw "12 on your side" called on AT&T a couple of weeks ago. Really went downhill after they took over Bellsouth.

Sad that it takes local media pressure to get them to respond to hazards caused by their facilities. Should be embarrassing to those responsible.

Again, I implore the Chronicle to do a "Pardon Our Mess" piece on the traffic lights in Augusta. I think we can all agree the manufactured traffic situation we have in this city is a mess affecting us all.

are you serious? no one

are you serious? no one could take the time to cut this tree down so it isn't hanging on a wire over a well-travelled road? are they waiting for it to fall on someone and kill them first?
