The public is invited to a CSRA Help Harrisburg community breakfast on Thursday to discuss at-risk inner-city children.

The community breakfast is an annual event aimed at improving life in Harrisburg. Last year, the group discussed reducing illegal drug and gang activity and put together a plan. This year the focus will be on at-risk children in the Harrisburg area.

The breakfast will be held at 7:30 a.m. at the community center, 1857 Fenwick St.
