Savannah River Remediation accepting internship applications

Savannah River Reme­dia­tion, the liquid waste contractor at Savannah River Site, is accepting applications for summer interns until Jan. 31.

The Summer Student In­tern­ship Program is open to full-time students at an accredited four-year university, according to a news release. The internships begin in mid-May and conclude in early August.

Students must be U.S. citizens and have GPAs of 2.5 or higher to qualify. Past interns, ages ranging 19 to 38, have pursued careers in engineering, business, communications and other fields.
