Westside High School graduate appearing in CBS show 'Blue Bloods'

Actor Nnamudi Amobi, a 1999 graduate of Westside High School, will appear in Friday’s episode of Blue Bloods on CBS.

Amobi grew up in Augusta and attended Warren Road Elementary and Tutt Middle schools before Westside, he said. After high school, he attended the University of Michigan.

The episode will be Amobi’s second appearance on Blue Bloods. He first appeared on the show in April, he said.

In February 2012, he was in an episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.

Blue Bloods airs at 10 p.m. Amobi has a speaking line in one scene with actor Tom Selleck, who plays the character of New York City Police Commissioner Frank Reagan.
