A husband and wife and the woman’s mother were identified as the three victims of a Tuesday morning house fire in Aiken.

Aiken County Coroner Tim Carlton said Calvin Warren, 62; Diane Warren, 65; and her mother, Helen Williams, 89, died from carbon monoxide poisoning and thermal injuries. The deaths have been ruled accidental.

Firefighters responded to the home on Edgefield Highway about 2 a.m. They discovered the bodies inside.

Aiken County sheriff’s Capt. Eric Abdullah said the investigation into the cause of the fire continues.

South Carolina Law Enforcement Division is assisting in the investigation.
