Rather than leave the above article as is, could you at least tell us these things: Are you going to release a name if it is confirmed by the coroner (or has it already?) to be the case of suicide, or is the name going to be kept private in the case of suicide (which is understandable), or are you going to report the deceased person's name upon notification of family and/or official confirmation of identity from the coroner, suicide or not?
I appreciate the passer-by reporting whatever led him or her to believe there was a body there. I know it can't have been an easy thing to deal with. Thank you.
Lot of wooded areas between Richmond County line in McBean to the center of town...I live 3 miles from one and 9 from the other so it'd be nice to know which end.
Can you believe this two-sentence story was actually updated at 6:38 p.m.? I wonder how skimpy the original post was.
Can't they at least report whether it was a male or female?
these seldom have the WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE, WHY, HOW or HOW MUCH.
I have come to understand many staff stories don't even rate being called a Twitter Msg.
Kind of like that car found under the Sand Bar Ferry Bridge a few months ago. We were never told the Make, Model or Year of the car.
If the trunk was opened, inspected and etc...
