Augusta vigil to be held for Connecticut victims

A candlelight vigil will be held in Augusta at 6 p.m. Monday in memory of the victims of the Connecticut school shooting.

The Association of Inter­denom­i­na­tional Ministers is sponsoring the vigil at the Augusta Mini Theater at 2548 Deans Bridge Road, the Rev. Larry Fryer said.

The service will be led by the Rev. Chris Waters of Thankful Baptist Church, Fryer said.
