Gas line rupture under control at mobile home park

    A gas line rupture at a south Augusta mobile home park is under control, say emergency officials.

    The rupture happened at Augusta Estates Mobile Home Park on Milledgeville Road.

    Representatives of Atlanta Gas Light are on the scene.

    Last time I checked

    2526 Milledgeville Road, Augusta, GA was in Augusta's old city limits.
    INSIDE the city side of the Gordon Hwy dividing Line.

    Correct

    Yes, a quick Mapquest check on this address puts the address well north of Gordon Highway and, hence, not considered south Augusta. Sloppy reporting.
