Two lane closures will affect traffic Wednesday.

The right, westbound lane of Laney-Walker Boulevard at East Boundary will be closed from 8 a.m. to noon while crews replace a guard rail.

The eastbound lanes of Broad Street from Greene to 15th streets will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. while crews take bore samples from the road and Hawks Gully Bridge.

One lane of traffic will be maintained in both closures.

Say what?

"...Broad Street from Greene to 15th...." Greene and Broad are parallel streets. This reporter must be lost. (Not unusual).
