Broken water main affects Tobacco Road traffic

The eastbound lanes of the 1800 block of Tobacco Road have been closed while crews work to replace a broken water main.

The lanes are expected to be reopened late this afternoon after repairs have been completed.

all that water has been seeping up in the middle of Tobacco Rd.?

Nah, we're busy moving water lines on the Northwest side for that widening project.
