The date was changed for a meet and greet with dancer and actress Kathryn McCormick.

McCormick, a 2008 Evans High School graduate and lead actress in the movie Step Up: Revolution, will sign autographs in Augusta on Aug. 11, not Aug. 10 as previously announced.

The event with McCormick costs $5, which goes to I’m Aware, a non-profit group that promotes awareness of human trafficking. The event will be at Casa Blanca Cafe, 936 Broad St., from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

McCormick competed on the Fox reality show So You Think You Can Dance in 2009. She finished third.

Step Up: Revolution is McCormick’s first acting part since moving to Los Angeles shortly after graduating Evans High. The movie premiered July 27.

During the event, Casa Blanca will serve free appetizers. Individuals that stay for dinner will receive 20 percent off the price of their meal.
