The third annual Augusta Bachelor Auction was held Friday night at the Partridge Inn with all the night's proceeds to benefit the American Cancer Society.
Mobility Transit has filed suit in federal court alleging Augusta broke its procurement code and state open meeting laws when it terminated the bus company's contract.
