It's time to move clocks one hour ahead

Daylight saving time ends at 2 a.m. Sunday

Set your clocks one hour ahead before slipping under the covers Saturday night.

At 2 a.m. Sunday, daylight saving time sends standard time to the bench until the fall.

Don’t bemoan one night of 60 fewer minutes of sleep; the months ahead will bring an extra hour of evening sunlight.

Standard time returns Nov. 4.
