Michael Holahan/Staff
Aileen Adriano (from left), Vicki Williams, Tammy Willing and Rita Morrell enjoy coffee and conversation while they knit scarves, hats and mittens at Panera Bread in Augusta. They are part of Grits and Grins, a group of women who knit for fun and give their creations to the needy. Some of the items will be given to pupils at Heritage Academy.
