sw - unfortunately it DOES happen, time and time again. We do not know him or about his life - but may he rest in peace, hopefully in a much better place.

While I'm troubled by his

While I'm troubled by his record its ear to hear of anyone passing away Homeless and alone. I work downtown and as I drive in every morning I see the same folks homeless but going about whatever morning routine they have. I fear as time passes we will see and read of more things like this. I pray everyday for the tides to turn in this country. Those of us who can are growing weary of having to prop others up in these hard times. God please send us a miracle

I have never met anyone

I have never met anyone directly that had to put on the sex offender list, but the rumor I have heard is that one can be required to register as a sex offender for getting caught urinating outside, which happens out in the woods all the time. I have also heard that one can be required to register as a sex offender for "indecent exposure", which includes wearing extra-baggy pants with exposed underwear like teenagers are known to wear. That poor guy, and anyone else that has to register as a sex offender, is essentially forced to be homeless. No one wants a sex offender living in their neighborhood, so where are they going to go?
