Reginald Derrick Braddy, 28, of the 4600 block of Country Glen Circle, is wanted for manufacturing marijuana, said Grovetown Department of Public Safety Investigator Scott Wheatley.

Police received an anonymous tip about marijuana plants Monday and searched his Euchee Creek subdivision home Wednesday.

During the search, police found 73 marijuana plants growing in two bedrooms and two closets inside the house and in a garden plot in the backyard, Wheatley said.

Police also seized equipment, including grow lights and irrigation systems, and supplies, they said.

Police Chief Al Robinson said water was not connected to the home, so Braddy is believed to have hauled in water and used the irrigation system to pump it from the bathtub to marijuana plants around the home.

Anyone with information about Braddy's whereabouts is asked to call the Grovetown Department of Public Safety at (706) 863-1212.

You just never know about the

You just never know about the people living around you....this home is literally in my back yard......separated by a privacy fence. I hope they catch this fool ASAP. Euchee Creek is a decent neighborhood that doesn't need residents that deal in street pharmaceuticals.

mindbender....Try this one on

mindbender....Try this one on for size...Not only do you not know who lives around you...sometimes even with you...my daughters snuck a female friend into our house & kept her hidden in their bedroom...The girl was running away from home because of trouble.....they kept the door locked & I usually had enough to do b4 going to work & didn't investigate ......hubby didn't know she was living there either...so I'm not crazy.....not a believable story to some but it is true....she was there about 5 days & then she went home.....I found out after the fact...I wasn't a happycamper whenI did find this out...

At least the kid knows how to

At least the kid knows how to farm something and is a entrepreneur. Too bad for him its not legal to grow (here) anymore. Prohibition has always failed.. except for the dealers who operate thanks to the politicians and police in their pockets.

Over 40 yrs after the drug

Over 40 yrs after the drug war was launched by cartels to protect the value of their crops, the politicians are still too crooked to stop taking all the payoffs that keep the drug war going and more folks are on more drugs than ever before. Einstein noted, doing the same thing over and over & expecting a different outcome is the definition of insanity.

Redirect your money back to being used FOR U.S. and away from being used to support cartels like this that supports the price of a cartel commodity. It’s not the cops fault, they are only doing their job. It is the fault of politicians who take enormous bribes to prop up the cartel commodities. Why do you think politicians spend half a million getting elected to a job that pays little yet the next thing you know they are buying a multi million $$$$ complex & opening Swiss bank accounts?

Yes the house belongs to my family member so i had the right to leave my car there. that dont mean i planted the marijuana. Oh yea there is not one case that some died from marijuana... hi this ELYSE CULVER ,i am

hi this ELYSE CULVER ,i am Reginald Braddy's mother ,reginald doesnt live in Georgia so how can you accuse him of a crime from a anonymous tip, everyone wants to point fingers and run their mouth and they dont know what they are talking about.your mouth will say onething but your eyes will tell you another thing. This is to all the people that has something to say (first no what you are talking about before you start rumors).Anyone could have planted those plants and just because someone used to live at a residence in the past doesnt mean they are guilty of a crime.
