The Augusta Opera is auditioning for 13 female singers for an upcoming production of Suor Angelica.
The auditions will be held from 3:30-5:30 p.m. at Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 3185 Wheeler Road. Producers are casting for all roles except Angelica.
The opera in one act, which focuses on a nun in an Italian convent, will run Feb. 25-27.
Singers should bring two contrasting works, one of which must be an operatic aria.
