Maybe a little article as to why the pickup was there before 6:50 would be appropriate. Isn't that well before work normally starts?

I suspect the truck is

I suspect the truck is assigned to the cemetery and stays there overnight. If the driver had to go to central shops to pick up and drop off the truck each day, you would be complaining about that.

I bet that the criminal is on

I bet that the criminal is on probation for other crimes. They just keep putting them on probation and releasing them back into society. I've heard this is a money thing. Seems like everything in Augusta boils down to that.

Actually Southern_Patriot,

Actually Southern_Patriot, Magnolia Cemetery lies between 2nd and 3rd streets, so the article is technically correct.
