Fair and Equal

Mr. Evans likes to make one believe that the morale in this office is good. NO, I am sorry to say. I have been to this office on numerous occasions and I have overheard plenty of comments, from white and black employees as to how personnel are allowed to perform duties that should be handled after hours during work hours thus recieving state benefits while conducting personal business. Also about how unfair the office has become since Mr. Evan's appointment. I understand Mr. Evans was a probation officer, that does not constitute his ability to be Solicitor and to deal with individuals in a fair manner. I have no idea who people are talking to but I know who I have talked to and the morale in this office is in relation to how can Mr. Evans treat me as a community member respectfully if he cant treat his staff respectfully. Mrs. McIntyre is the Best candidate for this position, Experience, background and the ability to be fair sets her apart from the seated Solicitor for Richmond County.
