The March 19 special election will name a replacement for the three years of the unexpired term of Jennifer Jones, who recently resigned.
Qualifying for candidates will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, and 9 a.m. through noon Friday at Grovetown City Hall.
Only residents of the city are eligible to seek the office.
