Lumpkin Rd. office is usually has great service and less Sour.
BTW: But the Lumpkin Rd location is bad need of a NEW larger space. They have been working out of that Rat hole since the 1970's. Move them to a vacant Shopping center with lots of parking. It might rekindle some businesses in the Shopping center.
Amen on the need for a new Lumpkin Rd. office. Bad access. Tight parking lot. Potholes and standing water in the parking lot after a little rain. But hey, it's the South Augusta office. No "redevelopment" value in moving the South Augusta office to a decent location like there was in building that big brick building on Laney Walker.
How to Lock a Safe.
One day notice on vital offices such as these is pretty rude!
Just wanted to inform the citizens that at Bi-Lo shopping center and Rosier rd. Both Depts will occupy this space for easier avail / access for the people of South Richmond Co. Hope this info is good news. Wayne Guilfoyle

Does Augusta own that shopping center, or will they be renting?
it would be renting, owner is willing to fund for improvements per lease. We had brought up the lease payment per s/ft. and the owner reduced had reduced the cost at that time...thanks, Wayne Guilfoyle
