Has it been a year already since his recovery?

Does the RCBoE have any hard facts good or bad to judge with?

Cold Hard Facts

Well, at the most recent school board meeting, trustee Jimmy Atkins scolded Dr. Roberson, and told him not to make the trustees look like fools again. What had Roberson done? He asked the trustees to schedule a storm make-up day on a Saturday when one-third of the system’s teachers were scheduled to take a continuing education class at Grooo–Summerville.

This will be just like

This will be just like getting a certificate of attendance from an RC high school. All he has to do is show up half of the time to get a PASS.

To begin with, our BOE is never going to admit it made a mistake. To evaluate Roberson they by default are evaluating their collective judgment and they are not going to do an honest job of that.

Evaluate and terminate

Evaluate the Superintendent and then terminate him. He has not improved the school system, infact it has deteriorated. Can not blame him completely though. He is hindered by the Board. Give him a big fat golden umbrella package and bid him adios.

I'm thinking the RC school

I'm thinking the RC school system is a lost cause. Look at what you are dealing with.

Objective View!

Roberson is working hard! That's it! He's in tune with our educational system, and doing his best to turn things around.

His contract is not going to

His contract is not going to be renewed come next August, and he is not reapplying for the job.

This is the right thing to do.

But he should've done the

But he should've done the decent thing and resigned after he became ill and it was obvious that he couldn't recover enough to do his job.
