Richmond County sheriff’s Lt. Rollins estimates there were about 20 reports submitted.

Some of the victims told police they saw an unknown male jumping on top of vehicles before fleeing from the area in a vehicle. Others reported their windows were smashed by rocks or concrete and some appeared to have been kicked in. Trash cans were also overturned.
