Grovetown police looking for escaped inmates

Officials confirmed that two inmates escaped Friday evening from the Grovetown Police Department Detention Center.

Michael Davis, 24, was one of two men who escaped late Friday from the Grovetown Police Department Detention Center, according to police.


The suspects, who escaped at approximately 8:20 p.m., are Michael Davis, 24, and Joshua Gray, 21, according to the Grovetown Department of Public Safety.

Davis is described as a black male, 6-foot-3, 185 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and black shorts.

Gray, a white male subject, is described as 5-foot-9, 145 pounds and was last seen wearing a dark in color T-shirt and black shorts.
