Fire disrupts morning commute

A portion of Bennock Mill Road is blocked to traffic while crews fight a structure fire.

The fire was reported at Bennock Mill and Horseshoe roads at 7:45 a.m., according to Richmond County dispatch.

At least five fire engines are on the scene. Police were instructed to block all through traffic in the area.

No details on the fire are available yet.

are at least 3 miles from Hwy56 that would have to be a mighty

Now there is a Railroad track about a mile deeper into the would.
