According to statement released Thursday by the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office, the four struck Kenneth Johnson, another youth at the facility, in the face and head until he was unconscious as part of a gang initiation during the early morning of April 16.

Andre Daniels, 20, and Markuise Powell, 17, were transferred to the Richmond County jail Wednesday on charges of unlawful street gang activity.

Two other youths, Dronta Turner, 19 and Quintavis Robinson, 17, had already been transferred on the same charges in May.

Why is a 20 year old stomping

Why is a 20 year old stomping around causing trouble at YDC? Will they be charged with some kind of assault on top of unlawful street gang activity? They beat a boy unconsious that should at least be a felony right?

YDC

Isn't YDC for youthful offenders? Why was a 20 and 19 year old gang bangers allowed to be around kids in the first place. If they were sentenced before they turned 18 they should have been transferred to adult jail at 18. Just what you need in a youth detention facility. Adults teaching the kids how to gang bang.

Nothing knew here

you are looking the future Baby-Mama Daddies that we all will provide a warm cell and 3 squares a day. An when they make parole they donate semen to produce more of the same.

Why do we continue to fund the circle?
Isn't it time to break their chains from their new Masters (Liberals and Democrats) and the federal gov.

Or is the federal government quietly saying they can't do better
so we have the spoon feed them?

The only way to stop them, is

The only way to stop them, is to destroy them, period!! We can NEVER have a truly peaceful, wonderful society with people like this in existence!! Unfortunately, mankind doesn't have the guts to get the job done anymore; mostly because of adopting liberal ideology!!

But, He has the guts to get done what mankind refuses to do!! Of course, He doesn't WANT too, but He knows He must, because of people's own free willed choices!! How many of you could destroy one of your own children; no matter how bad they are? This is what He must do; for the sake of the good children and PEACE!! It's not an easy task!!

But, He is the only one knows their hearts!! I fully trust that anyone who makes it, deserves it and they had a good heart; those that don't make it, deserved that as well!!

Sorry myfather15

"He" hasn't done anything about crime, violence, degeneracy, etc. since he took the job. You might meet angels or demons when you die, but that doesn't help us in this world. HUMANS (at least in America) need to pull together to elect and support leadership that crushes violent criminals and rewards the honest working man.
We also need to turn the Justice Circus from a money-making enterprise into actual punishment enterprise. We need a "three strikes" rule meaning three strikes you're out - out of the courtroom in a body bag that is.
The world doesn't belong to any God or Satan. It's a rocky planet and we evolved to the top of the food chain, and our corner we call America is on it's own to sink or swim.

""He" hasn't done anything about crime, violence, degeneracy, etc."

You're correct, because THAT is the very aspect of FREE WILL!! He created it that way and mankind POLLUTES it by CHOSING to do evil, hurtful things!! Those who choose to do those things with their FREE WILL, will no longer exist!! But, He MUST allow people to make their own free willed choices; or they can not be held completely accountable for those choices!! You can't hold someone accountable for something that YOU forced them to do!! Same hold's true for God!! He will judge with righteousness, based upon each individuals free willed choices. Yes, I do believe we humans need to come together during this time and work hard to make things right. I don't use His return as an excuse to do nothing; and I do as much as I can. I just don't believe human beings have the guts to really get tough on criminals anymore!!

Note; I'm not yelling or screaming at you, I only use caps to bring emphasis to those particular words.

Facts

''Richmond County can use this as a stat to show the graduation rate is up among young people.......''

The young men at the YDC come from all over the state of Georgia(159 counties)...

I'm positive some of them are even from Columbia County which you never mention on here..

Nobody wants to hear the daily sarcastic remarks about RC especially when they're false..

That postively has to be the most passive-agressive statement with regard to negativity, that has ever been formulated..

And I think you're wrong, everybody wants to hear the daily sarcastic remarks, especially when they are true..

I've long advocated for a three strikes law through out the country. The real reason we have so much crime is the soft sentences our liberal judges hand down to repeat offenders. Judicial discretion should be taken away from them and mandatory sentencing should be put in place. The juvenile court system starts most criminals on their illegal path with bleeding heart courts treating them like poor little children instead of the thugs they really are.

the place was dangerous to the say the least. Assaults takes places almost every night. The kids hates that place and so does a lot of people who there. i can't tell you how many times how heard people who work there say i'm going find a another job. it's a legal liability for people who work there. A night it's turns into a nightmare. enter at your own risk.
