Man reports holdup Thursday morning in Richmond County

Deputies are searching for a black male following an armed robbery early Thursday in Richmond County.

About 12:40 a.m., deputies responded to the 1900 block of Murphy Road where a victim stated he was robbed at gunpoint.

The suspect is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, stocky build, and was last seen wearing a red jersey and black shorts.
