HOW TO APPLY SPIN

Since we see SPIN on the Federal level everyday, I figured it would be fun to provide everyone an local example of how to SPIN Bad into Good.

"Because of the Economic Boom being seen of the South Side,
businesses are staying open later and raking in more cash than before.

This has lead to an increase in unauthorized asset withdrawals."

The description of the robbers seem to be the same for nearly every crime committed in Augusta. Do they all shop/steal at the same place?
