About 12:25 p.m., deputies were called to Griffins Barber Shop at 216 Laney Walker Blvd. in reference to a robbery, according to a Richmond County incident report.

Three witnesses say the unknown suspect entered the business brandishing a silver hand gun. The suspect then threw a black bag near the victims and told them to “put it in the bag,” according to the report.

One victim put his wallet in the bag, while another put an undisclosed amount of cash. The third victim relinquished nothing.

The suspect fled on foot towards Strothers Drive before getting into a green Ford Expedition. The suspect is described as a black male between 5-foot-11 and 6-foot-1. He was last seen wearing tan shorts, a “safari” hat, with a red bandana around his face.

Try working for a living. Too bad one of the victims wasn't armed and shot him down.
