The girl has appearances of possibly having some challenges. If that is true, how could she not be in some level of danger?

If I was missing for 29 days,

If I was missing for 29 days, I hope the authorities don't think I'm not in danger. It would be helpful if the report would say WHY they don't think she is in danger. If it is known she is not in danger, why file a missing person's report, is there a special circumstance, or is there and no one is at liberty to say what it is? Anyway, if I see her, I will certainly call.
