You can't do anything in

You can't do anything in South Augusta and be safe from crime. Can't eat breakfast, can't go to the bank, and now you can't even go to the car wash.

Hey Sheriff.....why don't put them new H.E.A.T. cars our here in South Augusta chasing some REAL crime. Speeders will get H.E.A.T. and robbers and thugs don't even get L.U.K.E.W.A.R.M in South Augusta.

You've got a gold 2000 Honda Accord from the bank robbery and a silver Nissan with tinted windows you can start them H.E.A.T. cars chasing.

You know what the death

You know what the death penalty is! I hope they catch the robbers and fry them in the electric chair! Why doesn't the manger carry concealed pistol for cases like these! They deserve the Death Penalty! Save the wasted tax dollars on jail cells! Case Closed!

Sad situation

Here are honest folks "little people"!! trying to make a living by working a car wash and this scum of the Earth comes along and robs them. Inside job? What is meant by that? That a 'buddy' would come and get the $?
Rob a friend or ex co-worker? That would be even lower than a snake.
These dark tinted windows should be outlawed. Even for normal traffic operation - it is difficult or impossible to make eye contact with the driver behind those shaded windows - probably causes unnecessary wrecks. Hope they find those criminals and soon!

No need to worry...

The RCSD will be out with their new HEAT cars writing traffic tickets so the city will be safer. As long as the real criminals don't run afoul of the law by speeding, driving with a child not in a car seat or heaven forbid have two beers before robbing someone, they should be safe from the RCSD. The Rolling Thunder roadblocks will surely catch any and all criminals in Augusta.

It would be foolish to spend resources on fighting actual crime when traffic laws are being broken.

Hey redfish, judging from a lot of the rants and raves, residents are more worried about speeders than they are real crime.
