2 shot after Warrenville dispute

Two men were found with gunshot wounds early Saturday in Warrenville, S.C., authorities say.

Aiken County sheriff’s deputies and emergency medical technicians were called to Dudley Drive about 3:13 a.m., according to a statement from the sheriff’s office, and found Christopher Thomas, 31, and James Milton, 44, both of Warrenville, with gunshot wounds.

Investigation revealed that after a domestic dispute with his live-in girlfriend, Thomas went to Milton’s home and shot at him, and Milton returned fire, according to the release.

Thomas and Milton were taken to Georgia Regents Medical Center.
