This is no reason to leave

This is no reason to leave the area. Be proactive and stand up against these things. The only way to keep a good area good is to fight crime. Move to a low crime area and keep that "i'll move if it gets rough" mentality. You'll keep moving. Proactive communities are safer because people take action instead of fleeing.

As long as liberal

As long as liberal politicians prop up the culture that spawns these *misfits, it won't get fixed.

* I saw a picture of the murdered kid on Facebook. He did not LOOK the part of a misfit, but I bet his killer did. This young man had a bright, friendly smile, and my gut says he was probably a pretty nice kid that got crossed up with a bad hombre. I could be wrong, just giving him the benefit of the doubt.

Unapologetik is right: you have to fight against crime.

Unapologetik is right: you have to fight against crime. You can't expect the Sheriff's Deputies to do it all. If you see something that isn't safe, call 9-1-1. Keep your eyes and ears open. Crime happens in "good" neighborhoods and "bad" ones; the nature of the crime might be different at times, but crime still happens. Report it.

I suppose looks can be

I suppose looks can be deceiving itsanotherday1. This young man was charged with armed robbery just last year at the young age of 17. He was a nice looking young man but his character wasn't so nice it seems.

Not sure what the outcome of the armed robbery case was pja5529 but he was charged with 5 counts. All it said was he was arrested in June of 2012 for Armed Robbery and then in September of 2013 he was arrested again for drugs (I believe marijuana)
