Marquese Demario Parrish, of Kennedy Drive, and Darrell Fitzgerald Hill Jr., of Richwood Road, turned themselves into the Charles B. Webster Detention Center about 2:44 p.m. with their attorneys by their sides, according to a statement from the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office.
Neither man provided statements to police.
Parrish and Hill, both 22, have been charged with armed robbery, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, according to the statement. Parrish has also been charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
A third suspect, Kevin Maurice Hanna, 23, of Hephzibah, was arrested last month and remains in the Richmond County jail.
Parrish has been arrested on drug charges on numerous occasions dating back to 2007. In April 2009, he was charged with carrying a concealed weapon without a permit and for possession of a pistol by a person under 18. In June 2010, he was charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
Hill has faced charges of theft by receiving stolen property twice in the past year and was charged with carrying a concealed weapon without a license on two separate occasions in a three-year span.
Both men have numerous traffic violations dating back to April 2006, including charges of fleeing and attempting to elude police officers, reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident and driving without a license.
