Prison term for wire fraud involving identity theft

A man who used the personal information of the daughter of Jefferson County Sheriff Gary Hutchins was sentenced to two years in prison Thursday.

Yarvitz White was also fined $1,500 for committing wire fraud. White pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court last year.
