The description is always the same. Thanks Great Society, liberals/progressives, democrats and black leaders.

In all fairness

We live in a Consolidated government that is about 60/40.

Most of the crimes statistically will involve the population majority.

Statistically speaking the poorer class in any community usually are the holdup/mugging/armed robbery criminals.

That leads to the well known FBI statistic on who is most likely the criminal, a topic which we all discuss here daily.

ARC is just lucky to getting a double whammy.

While the things you bring up have and are wreaking havoc, they are not the cause of the problem. This situation has been brought about by unique mix of: amorality, antisocialism, ignorance and grinding poverty. The confluence of these factors is the result of social conditioning that has taken place over a long period of time. Some problems can be traced to the slave era, some to the Jim Crow era. The mass migrations to the urban centers between 1900-1940 caused other problems that could not be foreseen. And certainly, the abandonment of the church and the traditional moral values associated with it is a huge factor.
Misguided social programs, Machiavellian democrats and race hustlers are just the equivalent of throwing gasoline on a fire that was already burning.

That black vest was probably a black Kevlar vest.

Augusta is

a perfect place to live and work. How dare the Augusta Chronicle report armed robberies that take place here. More negative reporting......
