The same old question

Why draw attention to yourself after stealing what you're riding in?

He is 41 years old, does not

He is 41 years old, does not have a driver's license, steals vehicles, and then speeds on the interstate. My guess is that he is not the brightest bulb on the tree in addition to being a scumbag. Give him about 25 years to think about things judge.

Using the logic of a recent story on Stolen Guns

SOME LEGAL HUMOR

"Because Stolen Guns are rarely found at the scene of any crime they are not commonly used in a criminal activities."

A rental is is based on checkout and return time and date.
So how can he be arrested for driving a stolen vehicle
if he had no drivers license and it was a rental?
At most he was "riding"in a vehicle that had not been turned in to the rental company yet.

So what happens if he pays the rental company the amount owned?
