The accident happened about 6:30 a.m., and Ragsdale was pronounced dead at the scene.

I went past that spot this morning and saw the orange markings on the skid marks and wondered what had happened. Sorry to hear that someone lost their life in another traffic accident. PLEASE be careful on the roadways.
