Hephzibah bank robbers still sought

Police continue to investigate a bank robbery Monday afternoon in Hephzibah.

About 3 p.m., police were called to Southern Bank, 2455 Highway 88, after two black men in masks robbed it and fled with the money.

The men were described as between 5-foot-10 and 6 feet tall and from 30-35 years old.

Police have not determined whether a weapon was used in the crime.

Authorities said the FBI is assisting in the investigation.

Likely NOT related, but on the what if.....

But we have had an unusual amount of low level (<1500ft) Law Enforcement Helicopter flights in the Old Waynesboro/Brown Rd area around Noon to 12:20pm today.

Dark color 2 Seater with one of those Super Zoom Nose Cameras.

Up from Goshen, over my area and heading south and back up from Dichotomy direction. Than down Brown Rd. and another circle south and backup then again East on Brown Rd.

They were not using ADS-B 1090 MHz flight tracking either.,-82.1/9
did not register their flight or path

It just looks like stealing, robbing and thugging is just everyday business for some folks.
