When are they going to start

including 1 of the real owner's finger print on the magnetic strip and update the system scan/match for than?

Besides the occasional injured hand issue, thus requiring ID to be checked, it would solve many of the ATM card misuse problems.

Note:
While this might not be the case.
There has been more than a few cases, involving a friend visiting from out off state, and the owner decided to work a scam to buy things (beer, cig, & etc.).

After the visit was is over, an the friend returns back home, the owner calls to report the card lost within the required time. The Bank refunds the owner, then the "stolen" $$$, and items purchased work out to be free.

Neat 1 time scam to say the least.

CARD FRAUD
Unpublished

Europe is way ahead of us when it comes to credit card fraud protection. Pictures, finger prints would eliminate nearly all card fraud. Why don't the banks want to eliminate this type of criminal activity? Maybe it's in their best interest to keep it going!
