The story in the Aiken Standard said that this sicko was already convicted of a sexual assault on an 11 year old before this crime. He should have been put away for life and this crime wouldn't have happened. Blame it on weak judges and prosecutors for allowing this sick individual to be out on the street again. No wonder there's so much crime.
