Gunman robs Deans Bridge Road chiropractic office

Police are searching for a man who robbed a Deans Bridge Road chiropractic office at gunpoint today.

According to a news release, a man in a baseball cap entered Georgia Chiropractic and Wellness Center, 3029 Deans Bridge Road, about 12:15 p.m., pulled a handgun and demanded money.

After receiving the cash, he ran east across Deans Bridge Road toward Lyman Street.

He is described as black, 5-foot-11 and about 160 pounds with a short afro and scruffy, facial hair. He was wearing dark-blue Dickies-style pants with a white T-shirt.

No one was injured in the incident.

Wonder how much cash he got away with? Seems like it wouldn't be much at a place that mostly takes insurance as payment... Not the brightest bulb, there.
