Pat Morgan, special agent in charge of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation regional office, said agents were called in by the McDuffie County Board of Education Public Safety Department earlier this week after that agency received information about a teacher having inappropriate contact.
Morgan said no arrest has been made, but the case is in its early stages. He said agents are looking into all aspects of the situation to determine if current students might be involved or if relationships with some recent graduates were going on before the students finished school. “At this point, nothing is off limits,” Morgan said.
