I saw a guy on a bike

that resembled the description of the stolen bike. I ran into the sheriff and told him when and where I saw it. Said he couldn't do anything about it. His department doesn't profile.

Amazing

Growing up in Charleston I had pretty much every bike I ever owned stolen. Never seen again, not even looked for by police, much less make the paper. Locks back then weren't much of a deterrent either.
