Investigators were called to SRP Federal Credit Union, 3120 Peach Orchard Road, on Aug. 1 after a woman gave a teller a note demanding money.

The suspect was identified Thursday as Kerstin Simpkins. Police have issued a felony arrest warrant for robbery by intimidation.

Simpkins is believed to be with her boyfriend, Norman Patricky Williams, 36. He is not a suspect but is wanted for questioning.

Anyone with information on Simpkins or Williams is asked to contact the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office at (706) 821-1020 or (706) 821-1080.

She looks mad

She looks mad. I guess she thought no one would be able to recognize her because she had on a wig.

Most Africans here seem to be good people, happy to be in America. Don't insult them by associating them with this low-life thug.

No, patherluvcik...

It's because she's a total loser who expects to take for herself what other people earn and save.

They're just qualitatively not very different forms of robbery, even if one is legal and is actually promoted by the rapacious thieves elected to public office.
