The Richmond County grand jury returned a murder indictment against an Augusta man accused of fatally shooting a woman.

Jabali Howard was indicted Monday on charges of murder and weapon violations in the April 30 death of Courtney Bell, 23.

Howard, 30, allegedly shot at Bell several times after the two argued at the Red Carpet Inn on Gordon Highway.

Howard has three prior convictions for unrelated assaults. At the time of the shooting he was on probation for two felony crimes.

convicted and sentenced to death, he won't have to worry. Some liberal moron of a judge will vacate the death sentence.
