Only in GA

is excessive window tint a criminal misdemeanor.

The time has come to re-look the stupid application of Criminal Misdemeanor charges vs. Citations for common low level traffic offenses.

The real winners are the Bail Bondsmen.
They sure makes a lot of $$$$ selling $1400 bonds for such low level unnecessary, time consuming arrests. Arrests that plug up the judicial system and takes months to hear.

Arrests That Use To Be handled by taking your license and giving you a ticket to show up in court or come down and pay the fine to get the license back.

We need to get back to Common Sense.
