A Hephzibah man says someone set fire to his truck in the 2200 block of Cassell Street.

Dennis Tate told Richmond County deputies that someone entered his 2000 Dodge Ram between 10:30 a.m. Thursday and 7:10 a.m. Friday and set fire to the passenger seat. Deputies found a screwdriver lodged in the ignition.

Tate said the arsonist likely entered through a taped passenger-side window. The case has been turned over to the Criminal Investigation Division.
