According to a news release, police were called to the 2100 block of Third Avenue around 9:26 p.m. after shots were fired. They found 25-year-old Marion Antron Henley, of Shannon Court in Hephzibah, with a gunshot wound to the right side of his chest.

Henley was taken to Georgia Regents Medical Center, where he is in serious but stable condition.

Police believe Herman Lapatrick Brown, 23, of Oak Leaf Road, fired the shots during a feud with the victim.

Police are seeking Brown on charges of aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the sheriff’s office at (706) 821-1080.

And I'll just bet

that the shooter is an otherwise upstanding, law abiding citizen who has never been in trouble with the law before.

BTW- If you, or anyone you know would like to buy a really nice bridge connecting Staten Island to Brooklyn, I've got a great deal for you. I'm selling it cheap!

doesn't allow blacks to commit crimes. Just as soon as they quit bashing good, honest Tea Party members, they'll get right on it.
